Daniel J. Adelman is the managing partner at Adelman German PLC, with offices located in Scottsdale, Arizona. Representing clients throughout the Phoenix metropolitan area, he focuses his practice exclusively on personal injury litigation, seeking the recovery of compensation for plaintiffs who have been seriously injured through the negligence of others in matters involving medical malpractice, nursing home abuse, motor vehicle accidents, defective products and similar incidents.
Mr. Adelman pursued his undergraduate studies at the University of Arizona, graduating with his Bachelor of Science in accounting in 1983. He then went on to attend what is now known as the Arizona State University, Sandra Day O'Connor College of Law, where he graduated from in 1987 with his Juris Doctor. While he was in law school, Mr. Adelman served as the editor-in-chief of the Arizona State Law Journal. After graduation, he served a clerkship with the chief justice of the Arizona Supreme Court. Mr. Adelman has been with his current firm since 1999.
Mr. Adelman is licensed to practice law before all of the state courts of Arizona, the U.S. District Court for the District of Arizona, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 9th Circuit and the Supreme Court of the United States. An active participant in a variety of professional organizations, his memberships include the Arizona Center for Law in the Public Interest, the Arizona Trial Lawyers Association and the American Association for Justice. Throughout his career, Mr. Adelman has received the recognition of his fellow professionals. He has received an AV* peer-review rating through Martindale-Hubbell as well as an "Excellent" peer-review rating through Avvo. He has additionally been selected for inclusion in The Best Lawyers in America.
