Marco B. Mercaldo is a partner at The Mercaldo Law Firm. Working out of the firm's office in Tucson, Arizona, and devoting his practice entirely to personal injury and wrongful death litigation, he provides representation to clients throughout the state as well as California and other parts of the Southwest who have been harmed by the negligence or recklessness of other parties in matters involving trucking accidents, product liability, defective medical devices and medical malpractice.
As an undergraduate, Mr. Mercaldo received a Bachelor of Arts in English from The University of Arizona in 1994. He then went on to attend the University of San Diego School of Law and was awarded his Juris Doctor in 1998. After law school, Mr. Mercaldo spent six years with a San Diego civil litigation firm and then nine years as a partner at another San Diego firm until joining The Mercaldo Law Firm in 2014. Admitted to practice in Arizona and California, he is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the District of Arizona and the U.S. District Courts for the Central, Eastern and Southern Districts of California.
During his career, Mr. Mercaldo has firmly established himself as an adept advocate for his clients.
