Attorney Miles Ehrlich is the founding partner of the Berkeley, California, firm of Ramsey & Ehrlich LLP. With more than 12 years of trial experience in highly complex criminal cases, Mr. Ehrlich entered private practice after 11 years as a federal white collar crime prosecutor. He focuses his practice in assisting clients with their cases involving a wide range of criminal and SEC defense, including counseling corporate executives in highly publicized criminal matters, and defending individuals and small businesses against allegations brought by federal and state criminal and regulatory agencies.
Mr. Ehrlich graduated with highest honors from Harvard College and received his law degree from Stanford Law School where he graduated first in his class. In addition to his legal practice, he has taught criminal law as an adjunct professor at Georgetown University Law Center and lectured on public corruption prosecution at the FBI's training academy in Quantico, Virginia, and the Justice Department's National Advocacy Center. He is admitted to practice law in the states of California and Pennsylvania as well as numerous federal District Courts and Circuit Courts of Appeal throughout the country.
