Attorney Miles Ehrlich is the founding partner of the Berkeley, California, firm of Ramsey & Ehrlich LLP. With more than 20 years of trial experience in highly complex criminal cases, Mr. Ehrlich entered private practice after more than a decade as a federal white collar crime prosecutor. He focuses on white collar criminal and SEC defense matters, including counseling corporate executives in highly publicized criminal matters, and defending individuals and small businesses against allegations brought by federal and state criminal and regulatory agencies.
Mr. Ehrlich graduated with highest honors from Harvard College and received his law degree from Stanford Law School, where he graduated first in his class. He clerked for Supreme Court Justice Anthony M. Kennedy and Ninth Circuit Judge William A. Norris. In addition to his legal practice, he has taught criminal law as an adjunct professor at Georgetown University Law Center and lectured on a range of white collar defense issues across the country. He is also the Chair of the Northern District of California's Standing Committee on Professional Conduct.
