Before joining Calvo Fisher & Jacob, Mr. Quadra was a name partner in the San Francisco law firm of Moscone, Emblidge & Quadra, LLP for 12 years. Before founding Moscone, Emblidge & Quadra, LLP he was a deputy city attorney with the San Francisco City Attorney's Office for over 8 years. Mr. Quadra was the Chief of General Litigation, supervising approximately 30 deputy city attorneys involved in a full range of civil litigation on behalf of San Francisco. Mr. Quadra is fluent in Spanish and handles cases involving coordination with counsel in Spanish-speaking countries.

He has served as a private mediator and also as a volunteer mediator for the San Francisco Bar Association Early Settlement Program and the San Francisco Superior Court Pre-Arbitration Settlement Program.
