  • In re Transpacific Air Passenger Antitrust Litigation (N.D. Cal.) Final approval of a $39.5 million price-fixing class action settlement reached with eight out of 13 airlines in a lawsuit alleging that defendant airlines and their co-conspirators conspired to fix the prices of airline tickets for travel between the United States and Asia/Oceania, 2015
  • In re Cathode Ray Tube Antitrust Litigation (N.D.Cal.) Settlements totalling more than $576 million on behalf of indirect purchasers of Cathode Ray Tubes (“CRTs”) and CRT products, such as televisions or monitors.  The lawsuit claims that the defendants fixed the prices of CRTs causing consumers to pay more for CRTs and products containing CRTs, 2015
