Attorney Mitchell T. Ehrlich is a partner at Lonich & Patton LLP in San Jose, California. Mr. Ehrlich is an accomplished family law attorney, representing clients throughout the San Jose area in cases involving custody and support disputes, legal separation, marriage dissolution, parentage claims, pre- and postnuptial agreements, post-judgment matters, and property division issues.
Mr. Ehrlich graduated from the University of California, Santa Barbara with a degree in economics. Following his undergraduate education, Mr. Ehrlich was employed in the real estate finance field before earning his law degree from Pepperdine University School of Law. He is admitted to practice in the state courts of California, the U.S. District Courts for the Northern, Central and Southern districts of California, and the U.S. bankruptcy courts for the Northern, Central and Southern districts of California.
Active in a wide range of professional organizations and activities, Mr. Ehrlich is a member of the Santa Clara County Bar Association, the State Bar of California and the Association of Certified Family Law Specialists, which he has co-headed with fellow Lonich & Patton LLP co-founder, David Patton. Mr. Ehrlich is also passionate about volunteering, serving as an arbitrator for the Santa Clara County Bar Association's attorney-client fee disputes division and a temporary judge for the Superior Court of California, Santa Clara County's family and traffic court.
In previous years, Mr. Ehrlich served as a temporary judge for the Superior Court of California, Santa Clara County's civil division as well as the chair for the City of San Jose Traffic Appeals Commission. He continues to take on pro bono cases whenever possible and volunteers with the Pro Bono Association's Lawyers in the Library program.
