Attorney Helena S. Younossi founded her law firm, Younossi Law, in South San Francisco, California, to provide comprehensive immigration representation to residents of the Bay Area and San Mateo County and all across Northern California. Along with handling all areas of individual and family-based immigration, Ms. Younossi also represents business clients, from technology startups to multinational financial corporations, with their legal needs related to their companies as well as their hiring of talent from all over the world.
After receiving a bachelor's degree from the University of California, Los Angeles, in 1987, Ms. Younossi went on to receive her law degree from the University of San Francisco School of Law in 1992. The State Bar of California admitted her to practice that same year, and before founding her private practice, attorney Younossi was a partner at the largest corporate immigration firm in the United States.
Operating under the belief that one's immigration attorney should be a forward-thinking advocate, attorney Younossi considers her clients as her partners, and she works closely with them throughout the immigration process to ensure that they achieve their goals as efficiently and smoothly as possible. For domestic businesses looking to bring in foreign talent, attorney Younossi handles all aspects of strategic immigration and hiring practices, including visas, employment eligibility, immigration compliance and enforcement, labor certifications, naturalization, and sponsorships.
Her success and dedication to her practice have earned attorney Younossi respect from her peers, and she has received numerous awards and recognitions for her service, including being a three-time recipient of the Wiley W. Manuel Certificate for Pro Bono Legal Services from the State Bar of California. Ms. Younossi remains active in several professional organizations, and she speaks English, French and German.
