David A. Mallen of Mallen Mediation located in El Segundo, California, is an attorney with a practice devoted to employment law. Mr. Mallen represents plaintiffs in matters involving discrimination, harassment, wage and hour violations, wrongful termination and more in El Segundo, Los Angeles, Hermosa Beach, Long Beach, Manhattan Beach, Redondo Beach, Santa Monica, South Bay and throughout Los Angeles County.
Mr. Mallen graduated with high honors from the University of Michigan, earning a degree in history. He attained his law degree from the Ohio State University Moritz College of Law and opened his practice and began practicing employment law upon graduation. He has been licensed to practice law since 1992.
In addition to litigation experience, Mr. Mallen is familiar with alternative dispute resolution methods such as mediation and arbitration. In 2010, he earned a certificate in mediation from Pepperdine University School of Law’s Straus Institute of Dispute Resolution.
