In 2003, Noelle Halaby established her law firm, focusing solely on all areas of family law. A graduate of the Southwestern Law School, she has been practicing law since 1996 and offers each client the persistent and aggressive pursuit of his or her best interests. Specifically, the law practice of Ms. Halaby handles cases involving divorce, annulment, separation, child custody, alimony and other complicated issues stemming from family law.
Ms. Halaby is licensed to practice before all of the courts of California, as well as the United States District Court, Central District of California and the United States Court of Appeals, Ninth Circuit. She is an active member of several associations, including the State Bar of California, California Association of Family Law Specialists and Women Lawyers Association of Los Angeles, among others. Ms. Halaby is a specialist in the area of family law, as certified by the State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization. Additionally, she serves at a Judge Pro Tem in branch courts of the Los Angeles Superior Court. She also serves as a scheduled mediator for the family law department of the Superior Court of California, County of Los Angeles, North Central District.
