Mark Wilson is a trial attorney who focuses his practice on business litigation and legal malpractice cases for injured clients. He and his partner have won 90 percent of the cases they tried, have recovered over $100 million in plaintiffs' cases and have won defense verdicts in bet the company cases.
In 1985, Mr. Wilson earned his Bachelor of Science in public administration from the University of Southern California. He then attended Loyola Law School, Los Angeles, where he earned a place on the Scott Moot Court Honors Board and was awarded his Juris Doctor in 1988. Highly regarded by his fellow professionals, Mr. Wilson has received the highest peer-review rating through Martindale-Hubbell in recognition of his excellent track record and high ethical standards.
Mr. Wilson is a member of the Orange County Bar Association (OCBA). In 2016, he will be the Chair of the Business Litigation Section, the largest section of the OCBA.
