Mark Wilson is a trial attorney who focuses his practice on business litigation and legal malpractice cases for injured clients. He and his partner have won 90 percent of the cases they tried, have recovered over $100 million in plaintiffs' cases and have won defense verdicts in bet the company cases.
Highly regarded by his fellow professionals, Mr. Wilson has received the highest peer-review rating through Martindale-Hubbell in recognition of his excellent track record and high ethical standards. Mr. Wilson has been selected to the Southern California Super Lawyers® list since 2005 in the areas of business litigation, construction litigation, and intellectual property litigation. He is the current Chair of Orange County Bar Association's Business Litigation Section, the largest section of the OCBA.
