The primary focus of his practice is on real estate, construction and complex business litigation, and he serves clients throughout the Southern California area.

In 1974, Mr. Spach received an undergraduate degree from Duke University. Mr. Spach has been involved in a number of forums and panels involving various legal matters. For a number of years, he served as a director for the Orange County Bankruptcy Forum. He was also a panel member for programs that discussed electronic discovery and digital evidence, and he has used that experience to enhance his practice, counseling clients who are involved in cases that concern electronic discovery under federal and California laws. As a testament to the regard in which he is held by fellow professionals, Mr. Spach has also received an AV Preeminent* peer review rating through Martindale-Hubbell.
