As the founding partner of the Odjaghian Law Group, Tina Odjaghian is committed to representing catestrophcally injured plaintiffs in workers compensation matters.
In addition to holding a Juris Doctor from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles, Ms. Odjaghian has been certified in mediation by the Disability Rights Legal Center at Loyola Law School, Los Angeles. Early in her career, she served as an extern to the Honerable Judge Dickran Tevrizian in the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California.
With experience in insurance defense and pursuing lawsuits on behalf of clients, Ms. Odjaghian brings a unique perspective to every case. Ms. Odjaghian has handled cases involving the Americans with Disabilities Act as well as defending claims surrounding the California Labor Code, Section 132. She is at the forefront of the emerging trends and case law in the workers’ compensation arena in order to protect clients’ rights with acheive optimal outcomes. Ms. Odjaghian has successfully secured more than $50 million in settlements and awards on behalf of catestrophically injured individuals in the past few years alone. For her track record of achievements, she has been included in Los Angeles magazine’s Rising Stars list for several years and has recently been named a SuperLawyer in 2016.
Sharing her knowledge with others, Ms. Odjaghian is a certified instructor through the California Department of Insurance. She regularly speaks on educational panels on topics surrounding brain injury litigation. She is a pround member of the Board of Governors of the Armenian Bar association.
