As an attorney at The Law Firm of Springer and Steinberg, P.C., Ariel Z. Benjamin is committed to representing clients in Denver, Colorado, and the surrounding areas. He focuses his practice on criminal defense, handling cases that include robbery, sex crimes, white collar crimes, drug crimes, murder, misdemeanor offenses and appeals.
After earning a Bachelor of Arts from Hampshire College in 2000, Mr. Benjamin went on to receive a Juris Doctor from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law in 2006. While in law school, he was elected as chair of the school's honor board. After law school, Mr. Benjamin served as a judicial fellow and as the death penalty law clerk for the 18th Judicial District of Colorado.
For nearly a decade, Mr. Benjamin has worked hard to protect the rights of people accused of criminal activity. He takes a compassionate approach to every case, working closely with clients to understand their story and their goals. With tenacity and strict attention to detail, Mr. Benjamin aggressively advocates on his clients' behalf, whether in a state, federal or appellate court.
Active in the legal community, Mr. Benjamin is a member of the American Bar Association, the Colorado Bar Association and the Denver Bar Association. He is admitted to practice before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 10th Circuit and the U.S. District Court for the District of Colorado.
When he is not in the courtroom, Mr. Benjamin, who is fluent in Hebrew, enjoys volunteering in the Jewish community and helping out at Isabella Bird Community School where his wife is a teacher.
