Loyce A. Forrest, Attorney at Law, has exclusively practiced family law since 1984 and has been a sole practitioner since 1989. Her practice focuses on divorce litigation, mediation and arbitration, parental responsibility, parenting time, relocation, grandparent and third party visitation, child support, maintenance, asset/debt division, post decree modifications, common law marriage and litigation of marital agreements. During 32 years of practicing family law, she has developed the experience and reputation necessary to assist her clients in successfully navigating every stage of the divorce process. She has served on the Executive Council of the Colorado Bar Association Family Law Section since 1988 and was the Chairperson from 1996-1997. For over ten years, she has been in Martindale-Hubbell's Bar Register of Preeminent Lawyers. She is also in the Bar Register of Preeminent Women Lawyers, the Top Attorneys in Colorado and Best Lawyers in America. Before her law career, Loyce worked as a social worker and obtained a Masters Degree in Social Work which has enhanced her understanding of and approach to family law cases. She frequently lectures on a variety of family law topics. She has served on a number of Colorado Bar Association committees and is a member of the Denver and Colorado Bar Associations.
