Rebecca R. Baer is a family law attorney at Littman Family Law in Denver, Colorado. Ms. Baer serves clients throughout Colorado in a variety of family law matters, including divorce, adoption, alimony, child custody, child support, parenting time, paternity, protection orders, unbundled legal representation and more. Along with her experience as a litigator, she is familiar with collaborative law and alternative dispute resolution methods, including mediation.
After graduating cum laude with degrees in print journalism and political science from the University of St. Thomas in St. Paul, Minnesota, Ms. Baer earned her law degree from Hamline Mitchell School of Law. She was a member of the dean’s list in both college and law school and has been admitted to practice law in Minnesota since 2007 and Colorado since 2013.
In addition to her family law practice, Ms. Baer is actively involved in various professional organizations and also participates in several volunteer activities. She is a member of the Denver Bar Association, the Colorado Bar Association and the Minnesota State Bar Association, and belongs to the family law section of all three groups. Ms. Baer also belongs to the Metro Denver Interdisciplinary Committee, Colorado Collaborative Divorce Professionals and participates in Colorado Lawyers for Colorado Veterans. She is also passionate about sharing her wealth of legal knowledge by serving as a student mentor for Minnesota Women Lawyers and Mitchell Hamline School of Law.
Throughout her career, Ms. Baer has provided pro bono services, including serving as a judge for the William E. McGee National Civil Rights Moot Court Competition and a panelist at the Denver Regional High School Mock Trial Tournament. She was also active in the Mitchell Hamline School of Law pro bono family law clinic from 2010 to 2013.
