Richard J. Rotole is a managing member at the Denver law firm of Rotole, Rotole & Blanchard, LLC, which is a Tier One Best Law Firm according to U.S. News and World Report. Since joining the firm in 1986, Mr. Rotole has focused his practice on litigating and negotiating family law cases. In addition, he also offers mediation and arbitration services to divorcing parties and attorneys throughout Colorado. As a Mediator, he has a very high rate of settlement. Mr. Rotole began his legal career in 1986 after earning his law degree from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law and his admission to practice law in Colorado. In addition to his admission to practice law in all of Colorado's state courts, he is also admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court for the District of Colorado.
Over the course of Mr. Rotole's 30-year career, he has earned the respect of both his clients and his peers. This respect has resulted in a number of honors and awards over the years, including the Best Lawyers in America who chose him as Lawyer of the Year in family law for Denver in 2013 and Lawyer of the Year in family law mediation for Denver in 2015.
