Attorney Profile

For over three decades Attorney John L. Laudati has practiced extensively and primarily as a trial lawyer.  He concentrates his practice on civil litigation, personal injury law, and criminal law.  He has litigated cases in state and federal courts and before administrative agencies.  He strongly believes that every case should be handled as if destined for trial.  This philosophy requires aggressive, professional advocacy.  Most often this approach results in a reasonable settlement or resolution of a client’s case.  When resolution cannot be achieved, Attorney Laudati has enjoyed a very successful track record at trial.

Not all cases end up in a trial.  Oftentimes negotiation and mediation is a better, more efficient approach.  Attorney Laudati is a trained mediator and Collaborative Attorney.
