Mr. Day earned a Bachelor of Arts from Syracuse University, graduating with honors and summa cum laude. He then attended Syracuse University College of Law, receiving a Juris Doctor. During his time there, Mr. Day served as editor-in-chief of the Syracuse Journal of International Law and Commerce and as associate editor of the Syracuse Journal of Science and Technology Law.
