After earning a Bachelor of Arts from Boston College in 1987, Jeffrey M. Donofrio went on to attend The Catholic University of America Columbus School of Law. He received a Juris Doctor from there in 1990.

As a co-founder of Ciulla & Donofrio, LLP, in North Haven, Connecticut, Mr. Donofrio focuses his practice on business litigation, construction law and municipal law. He has experience guiding clients through a wide range of legal issues, including those involving contract disputes, zoning and land use, employment litigation, property tax and zoning appeals and building code enforcement actions. Mr. Donofrio offers legal services to clients throughout the state.

Having over 20 years of experience, Mr. Donofrio knows how legal problems can grind business or municipal operations to a stop. He helps clients determine the best course of action given their circumstances and works to develop effective, efficient solutions to their legal problems. Giving back to the community is a priority for Mr. Donofrio. Carmel in Hamden, Connecticut. Currently, Mr. Donofrio is serving in an elected post on the board of education for the town of Trumbull.
