As a plaintiff's trial attorney, Mr. Dean represents victims of nursing home and ALF abuse and neglect, medical malpractice, patients who have suffered the development and deterioartion of bed sores, catastrophic accidents and sexual abuse.  Over Mr. Dean's career, he has obtained in excess of $100 Million Dollars in settlments and jury verdicts for his clients.

Mr. Dean's successes have earned him several awards and honors.
