Armando Rosquete

Driven by a profound sense of empathy and a fervent desire for justice, attorney Armando Rosquete has been serving the residents of Florida for over two decades. He is a partner at the law firm of Bell Rosquete Reyes Esteban in Coral Gables, Florida, where he handles complex business litigation, white collar and internal investigations, federal enforcement actions, international litigation and commercial litigation.

Mr. Rosquete's academic prowess shone brightly, culminating in his graduation from Cornell University and later, Harvard Law School. His tenure as an executive editor at the Harvard Civil Rights-Civil Liberties Law Review and his involvement with the Harvard Latino Law Review underscore his commitment to justice and advocacy. He was admitted to practice in Florida in 2003 and later before the U.S. District Court for the Southern and Middle Districts of Florida, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 11th Circuit.

Returning to his roots in Florida, Mr. Rosquete embarked on a career marked by notable achievements. From serving as a law clerk on the Florida Supreme Court to his tenure as an Assistant United States Attorney in the Southern District of Florida, he honed his legal acumen and sharpened his advocacy skills.

Mr. Rosquete's dedication extends beyond the courtroom; he is deeply entrenched in community service and advocacy. His recognition among the "Top 40 under 40 Lawyers" by the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation and the “Top 20 Professionals Under 40” in Miami by Brickell Magazine exemplifies his contributions to the legal profession.

Involvement in various bar associations is important to Mr. Rosquete. He is an active member of the Cuban American Bar Association, the Dade County Bar Association and the American Bar Association. He also functioned as the National Chair of the Hispanic National Bar Association’s Criminal Law Committee and as the organization’s Deputy Regional President.
