Rana Holz is a partner with Rubinstein, Holz & King. Rana has practiced family law exclusively throughout her legal career including the pursuit and resolution of divorce and paternity actions, parenting disputes, support establishment and enforcement, and premarital agreements. Rana is a board certified specialist in marital and family law, AV rated by Martindale-Hubbell, and has been named among Florida’s Super Lawyers since 2007. She served on the Executive Council of the Family Law Section of The Florida Bar for four years, the board of directors of the Lee County Association of Family Law Professionals for two years, was editor of the Family Law Section’s column in The Florida Bar Journal, and co-editor of The Florida Family Law Commentator for three years. Rana formerly chaired the support issues committee of the Family Law Section and served on the committee for eight years. Rana has previously served on the continuing legal education, legislative and equitable distribution committees of the Family Law Section of The Florida Bar. As a member of the Lee County Bar Association Family Law Section, Rana has served on the brown bag, bench/bar and continuing education committees. Rana also been Co-Chair of the Family Law Section and Social Chair of the Lee County Bar. Rana is a frequent speaker at continuing legal education seminars and family law meetings throughout Florida. She has written numerous family law articles and publications, including “Chapter 12: Child Support,” Florida Dissolution of Marriage Continuing Legal Education Manual, 5th - 12th Editions.
