Christopher Q. Wintter is Board Certified by the Florida Bar in Wills, Trusts and Estates and represents parties embroiled in Trust, Estate, and Guardianship Litigation matters including, but not limited to, Will and Trust Contests, actions involving Breach of Trust and Breach of Fiduciary Duty, the reformation and construction of Wills and Trusts, and actions involving lack of capacity, exploitation of the elderly and elder abuse. Mr. Wintter has been a faculty member in both the trial and deposition programs for the National Institute of Trial Advocacy (NITA). As a recognized expert in Probate and Trust Law, Mr. Wintter is often approached to present seminars for various organizations on Trust and Estate Litigation topics.
For more than 18 years, Mr. Wintter has been a member of the Probate Litigation Committee of the Real Property, Probate, and Trust Law Section of the Florida Bar. He is also a member of the Executive Council of the Real Property, Probate Trust Law Section of the Florida Bar and is actively involved in reviewing and evaluating proposed legislation in the areas of Probate, Trust and Guardianship Law.
Mr. Wintter graduated from Duke Law School in 1987. Prior to becoming an attorney, Mr. Wintter was a CPA for Arthur Andersen & Co. in its Washington, D.C., office. His experience analyzing and evaluating tax matters, financial statements, accountings, and other types of financial data is an asset in cost effectively representing clients involved in Trust and Estate disputes.
