Deborah Brandstatter Marks provides dedicated legal representation to clients throughout Miami-Dade County and the South Florida area. She focuses her practice on federal and state appellate matters. Deborah Marks, PLLC also accepts cases involving family law, trusts and litigation.
In 1979, Ms. Marks graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts from Vanderbilt University, and she went on to attend the University of Miami School of Law. She received her law degree in 1982, graduating cum laude.
When the justice system has failed her clients, Ms. Marks stands by them and helps them to defend their rights at the appellate level. She focuses on providing quality representation that her clients can depend on. Ms. Marks understands that each case is likely to be the most important thing going on in the client's life, and she never wants to leave a client unsure of how a case is progressing. For that reason, she makes herself accessible to her clients to ensure that their questions are answered and their concerns are addressed. With each case she handles, Ms. Marks takes a hands-on approach and provides her clients with guidance that is customized to their situation, needs and goals.
