Attorney Melanie E. Damian is the senior partner at the Miami law firm of Damian & Valori LLP. Ms. Damian began her legal career in 1996 after earning her law degree from University of Miami School of Law and her admission to The Florida Bar. The U.S. District Courts for the Southern and Middle Districts of Florida, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 11th Circuit, and the U.S. Supreme Court have all also approved her to practice law in their courtrooms.
