As one of the founding partners of Taylor, Warren, Weidner & Hancock, P.A., Stephanie Taylor practices law in cases involving insurance disputes, disability law, Social Security Disability (SSD) and Supplemental Security Income (SSI), serious injury, and wrongful death. She serves clients in the Pensacola, Florida, area.

Prior to beginning her law career, Ms. Taylor earned her Bachelor of Science from the University of Colorado in 1988 and her Juris Doctor from the Florida State University College of Law in 1993. She served as president of the Florida State College of Law Student Bar Association. Having earned her law degree with honors and received the Book Award in Elder Law during her law school career, she went on to begin her career as an associate at McKenzie and Soloway, P.A., where she later became a partner in 1998. In 2006, she along with two other attorneys from the firm formed Taylor, Warren & Weidner, P.A.

Ms. Taylor is admitted the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Florida and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 11th Circuit. She is also admitted to the Florida state courts.  She was admitted to practice law in California, but has gone on inactive status in California.  

As an active contributor to the legal community, Ms. Taylor is a member of several professional associations, including the Florida Justice Association, the Escambia-Santa Rosa County Bar Association, the Academy of Florida Trial Lawyers and the American Association for Justice. She contributes to her community by also taking part in pro bono activities as a board member for the Mental Health Association of West Florida.
