He has also authored books and articles for continuing legal education programs and other legal publications.

Mr. Martin holds a bachelor’s degree from Stetson University and earned his law degree from Stetson University College of Law. In addition to practicing in all Florida state courts since 1974, he is licensed to appear before the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 11th Circuit and the Supreme Court of the United States.
