A partner with Van Sant Law, LLC, David M. Van Sant protects the rights of people in Alpharetta as well as the Atlanta metro area in Georgia. He focuses his practice on personal injury, handling cases involving claims with the Georgia Department of Transportation, workers' compensation, police brutality, wrongful death, nursing home abuse, medical malpractice, food poisoning, animal attacks, defective products, dangerous drugs, car accidents, pedestrian accidents, motorcycle accidents and drunk driving accidents.
After graduating from Kennesaw State University with a Bachelor of Business Administration, Mr. Van Sant then attended Georgia State University College of Law. He earned his Juris Doctor, graduating with honors.
Since 2008, Mr. Van Sant has represented people who were injured because of the negligence of someone else. Before starting Van Sant Law, LLC, he represented insurers and employers, and this experience enables him to provide his clients with inside information on how personal injury claims work.
