The founder of The Sams Law Firm, Warren N. Sams III represents people in Atlanta, Georgia, and the surrounding areas. He focuses his practice on personal injury, construction law, truck accidents and professional licensure. Mr. Sams handles cases involving construction contracts, overloaded tractor-trailers, wrongful death, premises liability, medical malpractice, construction delay claims, mechanic's liens, construction site injuries and construction defects.
In 1986, Mr. Sams graduated from Yale University with a Bachelor of Arts degree. While attending Yale, he played on the varsity football team, lettering twice. Mr. Sams then went to University of Virginia School of Law and received his Juris Doctor in 1989.
For the past 20 years, Mr. Sams has dedicated himself to providing the best possible legal service to his clients and has assisted many people with their legal matters. In addition, Mr. Sams is admitted to the United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia, the United States District Court for the Middle District of Georgia and the United States Court of Appeals for the 11th Circuit. He is a former member of the board of governors for the Association of Yale's Alumni.
