Leslie Dean O’Neal began practicing law in the fall of 2008 after graduating from the University of Mississippi School of Law, Cum Laude, and receiving her undergraduate degree from Auburn University, graduating Magna Cum Laude. Ms. O’Neal has a particular focus in the areas of family law and domestic disputes and has litigated bench and jury cases in the Superior, State, and Probate Courts of Metro Atlanta, Georgia.
In addition to assisting clients with establishing and enforcing fair and equitable visitation schedules for minor children, Ms. O'Neal has experience with Georgia's child support guidelines and is skilled in calculating realistic monthly child support obligations. To ensure the safety and well-being of her clients and their children, Ms. O'Neal can assist in establishing protective orders, advocating father’s rights, defending unfounded domestic allegations, and working towards an overall positive outcome for her clients.
Custody Jurisdiction Enforcement Act. Ms. O’Neal has represented many out of state clients and appreciates the importance of keeping those clients well informed regarding the specifics of their case. She also specializes in high asset divorce matters where fair and equitable outcomes require diligent research and analysis.
In the first 6 years of her legal practice, Ms. O’Neal has experienced particular success in the Supreme Court of Georgia and the Court of Appeals, having successfully pursued numerous appeals in domestic, probate, and commercial litigation matters. Those clients who are unhappy with their trial results will be well-served by Ms. O'Neal's track record in reversing judgments in Superior, State, and Probate Courts of Cobb County.
