As one of the founding members of Power - Jaugstetter, P.C., located in McDonough, Georgia, Warren R. Power focuses his practices on matters relating to eminent domain, real estate law, civil litigation, estate planning and corporate law. He serves clients throughout the state of Georgia, especially in the Atlanta metropolitan area and its suburbs.

After receiving his Bachelor of Arts in both history and government from Christopher Newport University in 1984, Mr. Power went on to earn his Juris Doctor from Mercer University Walter F. George School of Law in 1988. Admitted to practice in Georgia, he is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Courts for the Northern and Middle Districts of Georgia, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 11th Circuit and the U.S. Court of Federal Claims.

Since 1997, the Georgia Department of Transportation has relied on Mr. Power to handle the majority of the legal issues arising from its highway projects in Henry County. He has served as lead counsel on more than 50 jury trials, and secured numerous verdicts in favor of many property owners with claims against both local and federal government agencies. Mr. Power has also served as a special assistant to the attorney general for the state of Georgia and special assistant attorney general for the Georgia Department of Natural Resources, the Georgia Regional Transportation Authority and the Technical College System of Georgia.

Since 2003, Mr. Power has taught continuing legal education courses on subjects pertaining to eminent domain and land use. He has served as both chair and secretary of the State Bar of Georgia's Eminent Domain Section as well as president and vice president of the Henry County Bar Association. Mr. Power has also received an AV Preeminent* peer review rating through Martindale-Hubbell.
