  • Personal Injury Client Testimonial for The Griffin Law Firm:  "I got in an accident on the way home from work.  The other driver was arrested.  Her insurance company denied that they insured the negligent driver.  The insurance company that we were going against was one of the worst to go after.  They stone wall all the way.  I thought I could take care of this on my own because I was an old insurance man.  I bought insurance and paid claims for years.  I contacted the Department of Insurance and that didn't work either.  I called one of the big firms and it was a waste of my time.  I called Griffin Law Firm, and they came to my office.  The results were the best we could get.  We got everything we could from her insurance.  Then we got the most we could from my insurance.  I am grateful for the Griffin Law Firm for all they did.  I would recommend them to friends and family and in fact already did to someone in my church.", Personal Injury Client Testimonial for The Griffin Law Firm, 2012
  • Social Security Disability Client Testimonial:  "In the beginning I had a social security claim and I had all kinds of problems with that claim.  I was given the run around.  I was told if you were 51, then I would approve you today.  When I contacted The Griffin Law Firm they could not believe what I was told.  People told me I wasn't old enough even though the medical showed I was injured and disabled.  Once The Griffin Law Firm got involved it was a totally different story.  I realized that people had been liying to me.  The Griffin Law Firm said don't worry, we will get the victory.  We are going to win.  Once they took hold of the claim all my worries went away.  The Griffin Law Firm knows the law.  They know and they tell you what to expect.  That's the great thing about this.  These are professional people.  The little man doesn't always have to end up ont he bottom.  He can end up on top.  throught their leadership and representation we did it.  We ended up on top.  Without good representation, then you don't have a chance.", Social Security Disability Client Testimonial for The Griffin Law Firm, 2012
  • Attorney Richard Griffin says, "Our clients will tell you we get results." Personal Injury Client Testimonial:  "He went above and beyond to make sure that I did get everything I deseve." Worker's Compensation Client Testimonial:  "The results are outstanding.  I couldn't believe the results I got." Social Security Disability Client Testimonial:  "The little man don't always have to end up on the bottom.  He can end up on top."   Attorney Richard Griffin says, "The Griffin Law firm.  Good People. • Do I need to hire an attorney?  Yes.  if you have a valid claim, then hireing an attonrey is the only way to get what you deserve. Insurance study found that injured people who are represented by an attorney receive on average 3 times more than those who represent themselves.  I think this is extremely low.  I can think of times when the client was offered zero and then after hiring us we were able to recover thousands of dollars or even a million. One such case involved a refrigerator that was negligently installed.  She was crushed and permanently injured.  She was offered zero by the adjuster and told we do not owe you anything, we are not responsible.  After hiring us we were able to negotiate an offer of $50,000, but this remained too low.  Then we litigated the claim and a jury awarded us one million dollars. Call us so we can talk to you for free about your case.  How are we able to recover more for our clients? (1) Jury verdict research helps us negotiate higher settlements and let's our clients know the likely value of their claim.  (2) We are also experienced litigators who can hold their feet to the fire.  The adjuster will want to save money at your expense.  Most of the time when we are involved we can negotiate a fair settlement without litigation. (3) It is also important to find all of the insurance policies that cover the claim.  We research to find all of the liability insurance, employer insurance, um policies, umbrella policies and verify the policy limits.  We then properly stack the policies to recover the policy limits of each for the catastrophic claims.
