As the founder of Pratt & Associates, P.C., Kevin J. Pratt zealously and aggressively advocates on behalf of his Georgia clients throughout the Atlanta metropolitan area. With offices in Suwanee, Roswell and Atlanta, he focuses his practice of law primarily in the area of criminal defense, representing clients who have been charged with offenses ranging from minor misdemeanors to serious felonies. Mr. Pratt also represents debtors in Chapter 7 bankruptcy proceedings, and he handles general civil litigation matters on behalf of credit card debtors as well.
Mr. Pratt pursued his undergraduate education at Georgia State University, where he received his Bachelor of Business Administration in accounting and graduated summa cum laude in 1999. Following the completion of his undergraduate studies, he then went on to attend the University of Georgia School of Law and was awarded his Juris Doctor magna cum laude in 2001.

In addition to his law practice, Mr. Pratt also taught legal studies courses to students at Georgia State University for several years. He is an active participant in several professional organizations, including the American and Gwinnett County bar associations.
