At Levin & Perconti, our 32 attorneys focus their practice exclusively on plaintiff's personal injury and wrongful death litigation. The types of cases that we have pursued on behalf of our clients who have been harmed by the negligence of other parties have arisen out of incidents involving medical malpractice, nursing home neglect, premises liability and motor vehicle collisions. Our attorneys also have extensive experience in claims related to the Jones Act and other federal maritime laws, birth injuries, defective products and construction site accidents.

We have been able to obtain more than a billion dollars on behalf of our clients since our firm was founded in 1992. Representative cases have included a $4.1 million jury award for a victim of nursing home negligence, a $17.7 million settlement for a former police officer who suffered a brain injury due to medical malpractice, and a $7.6 million settlement in a Jones act case resulting from a boat explosion. Our successes have not gone unnoticed by our fellow professionals.
