  • $6.2 million verdict in a medical malpractice case brought under the Federal Tort Claims Act for a 61 year patient who suffered a stroke due to the improper placement of a central line catheter., 2021
  • $2 million settlement on behalf of the estate of a patient who died as a result of a physician's failure to diagnose and treat an epigastric hernia, causing the patient to suffer from bowel ischemia. , 2022
