Over the years, Mr. Goldfaden has secured millions of dollars in compensation for his clients, with one of his most notable achievements being obtaining 8.1 million dollars in compensation for an elderly woman whose lung cancer was undiagnosed, clearly posing medical negligence from the doctor and hospital.
Mr. Goldfaden’s legal endeavors have earned him both recognition and awards from several organizations, including the Trial Lawyer Excellence Award by the Jury Verdict Reporter. He was named an Emerging Lawyer in the personal injury plaintiff area by the Leading Lawyers.

- $8.1M - jury verdict on behalf of a 63-year-old woman whose lung cancer went undiagnosed and untreated after clearly being identifiable on a chest x-ray.
- $7M - settlement against a hospital and two radiologists for failing to diagnose breast cancer after they did not identify abnormalities on two mammograms. As a result, the cancer went undetected, progressed, and resulted in the premature death of a 64-year-old woman.
- $6.2M - trial verdict for a 61-year-old man left permanently disabled following a procedure at the Hines Veterans Administration Medical Center
- $4.3M - settlement against a hospital and several physicians for failing to perform a stat echocardiogram on a 38-year-old woman after it was ordered by her attending physician, which resulted in her death.

- $800K - settlement on behalf of a 56-year-old woman suffering from MS whose nursing home perforated her stomach while re-inserting her feeding tube and then failed to confirm proper placement of the tube in her stomach before resuming her feedings. The woman died because of acute peritonitis and sepsis. Daniel was responsible for the depositions of several Defendant witnesses that contributed to the early resolution of this tragic case.
