Details

A partner attorney at the law firm Levin & Perconti, Daniel A. Goldfaden is a known name in the state of Illinois. Working from the firm’s primary office in Illinois, he extends his legal assistance to individuals statewide and across the nation as well and helps them with their legal issues requiring sound knowledge and experience in personal injury law.

Mr. Goldfaden’s legal practice is exclusively focused on personal injury law, a choice taken by him purely out of passion and his desire to make a positive impact in injured people’s lives by helping them obtain compensation for all the suffering, both mental and physical, that they had to endure. He has been advocating for people and protecting their rights for the past 10 years and has handled all types of cases, from nursing home abuse to medical malpractice to injuries arising from catastrophic accidents and wrongful death.

A native of Detroit, Mr. Goldfaden pursued his undergraduate studies at the prestigious University of Michigan, where he studied economics and statistics and obtained his Bachelor of Arts degree in 2010. After graduation, he moved to Chicago for his law studies, attended the University of Illinois Chicago College of Law and received his Juris Doctor in 2013. He received the CALI Award for Future Excellence for his outstanding academic performance in the income taxation subject.

Over the years, Mr. Goldfaden has secured millions of dollars in compensation for his clients, with one of his most notable achievements being obtaining 8.1 million dollars in compensation for an elderly woman whose lung cancer was undiagnosed, clearly posing medical negligence from the doctor and hospital.

Mr. Goldfaden’s legal endeavors have earned him both recognition and awards from several organizations, including the Trial Lawyer Excellence Award by the Jury Verdict Reporter. He was named an Emerging Lawyer in the personal injury plaintiff area by the Leading Lawyers.
