As the founder of Daley Disability Law, Frederick J. Daley, Jr., represents clients in Chicago, Illinois, and throughout the Midwest. He focuses his practice in the area of disability law, Social Security Disability and long-term disability, with a particular emphasis on disability for railroad workers.

Mr. Daley is admitted to practice law in Illinois state courts, the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois, the U.S. District Court for the Central District of Illinois and the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Illinois. He is also admitted to practice before Rhode Island state courts, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 7th Circuit, the U.S. Supreme Court, and federal district courts in Wisconsin, Indiana and Michigan.

Mr. Daley is a 1973 graduate of the New England School of Law in Boston, Massachusetts. Prior to law school, he graduated from the University of Miami in Coral Gables, Florida, with a double major in political science and business administration.

In addition to his practice, Mr. Daley is active in a number of professional organizations, including the National Organization of Social Security Claimants' Representatives and the Chicago Bar Association's committee on Social Security law. He recently served on the board of directors for the National Association of Disability Representatives. Mr. Daley has also given presentations at seminars focused on Social Security.

Committed to the betterment of his community, Mr. Daley takes part in charity and pro bono activities, including work with Chicago Volunteer Legal Services. He has also worked with the Multiple Sclerosis Society.
