James D. Adducci is an attorney at the firm of Adducci, Dorf, Lehner, Mitchell & Blankenship in Chicago, Illinois. Mr. Adducci has several decades of complex litigation experience in the areas of business, civil rights, finance, securities and more. He represents a wide range of clients in Chicago and throughout Cook County and has been involved in cases both throughout the United States and Europe.
After graduating summa cum laude from Loyola University Chicago, Mr. Adducci received his law degree from Harvard Law School. He has been admitted to practice law in the state of Illinois since 1976 and is also licensed to appear before the U.S. District Courts for the Northern and Central Districts of Illinois, the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Wisconsin and several U.S. federal courts.
Along with his extensive litigation experience, Mr. Adducci is familiar with alternative dispute resolution methods such as arbitration. He is a member of the American Arbitration Association, the National Futures Association and the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority.
Mr. Adducci is active in his legal and professional community. He belongs to The Chicago Bar Association, is a member of the dean’s advisory council for Loyola University Chicago’s College of Arts and Sciences, and serves on the board of advisors for Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of Chicago.
