As a partner at Cogan & Power, P.C., Jon C. Papin is dedicated to representing clients in Chicago, Illinois, and across the state. In 1980, Mr. Papin received a Bachelor of Science in business from Brigham Young University. He earned his law degree in 1983 from the University of Kentucky College of Law.
