Keith Hebeisen is a partner at Clifford Law Offices. He's known for his no-nonsense style. He's an aggressive trial attorney who has garnered the respect of both plaintiff and defense attorneys. He is known for his knowledge of the applicable law and focusing upon all important aspects of the facts in each client's case. He often deals with highly complex cases involving multiple defendants. He has has edited ITLA's Medical Malpractice Trial Notebook for almost 20 years, including its 2014 complete rewrite.
Mr. Hebeisen has planned and moderated numerous continuing legal education programs, including the ITLA Medical Malpractice Seminar, a widely attended all-day program held annually in Chicago. He has presented numerous lectures at seminars for professional associations on topics from handling the defendant's expert to trends in health care law, an active area in the new millennium. He has been a frequent and outspoken advocate for preservation of the right to trial by jury in the media, the legislature and the courts.
