Thomas J. Nathan is the senior partner at the Law Offices of Munday & Nathan. From the firm's office in Chicago, Illinois, he focuses his practice on personal injury litigation, providing representation to clients throughout the metropolitan area who have been harmed by the negligence of others in cases involving medical malpractice, defective products and similar matters. During his career, Mr. Nathan has obtained numerous high-figure settlements and jury awards on behalf of his clients.
As an undergraduate, Mr. Nathan received a Bachelor of Arts in history from Lawrence University in 1972. He then attended Northwestern University and was awarded a Master of Arts in history in 1975. Mr. Nathan went on to pursue his legal education at The John Marshall Law School and graduated in 1978 with his Juris Doctor.
Mr. Nathan is admitted to practice before all of the state courts of Illinois. He is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois. Actively involved in the legal community, Mr. Nathan is a member of the American Association for Justice, The Society of Trial Lawyers, the Illinois Trial Lawyers Association, The Chicago Bar Association, and the Illinois State and American bar associations. He is also a fellow of the American Bar Foundation. Mr. Nathan has served on numerous boards of directors, including Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children's Hospital of Chicago and Francis W. Parker School.
