The managing partner of the Tabor Law Firm in Indianapolis, Indiana, Jeffrey S. Tabor has devoted his practice to representing individuals in the Indianapolis metropolitan area and throughout Indiana for more than two decades. His clients primarily include those who have suffered injuries or lost family members due to the wrongful actions or negligence of others in motor vehicle and construction site accidents, medical malpractice and premises liability. Several of the personal injury cases Mr. Tabor has handled have resulted in jury awards or settlements in excess of $1 million.
After graduating with a degree in communications and marketing from Indiana University in 1986, Mr. Tabor attended Indiana University Maurer School of Law, earning his J.D. in 1989. During his subsequent years in private practice, he has earned recognition from his peers for both his successful track record and his ethical standards. Martindale-Hubbell has awarded Mr. Tabor its AV-Preeminent* rating, and he has been named a Benchmark Plaintiff local litigation star, and named one of The Top 100 Trial Lawyers by the National Trial Lawyers Association.
Mr. Tabor keeps current on the latest legal developments in his field of practice through active memberships in a wide variety of professional organizations, including the American Association for Justice, the Association of Plaintiff Interstate Trucking Lawyers of America and the Indiana state and Indianapolis bar associations. He frequently shares his knowledge and experience by lecturing and writing articles on personal injury and insurance litigation for the Indiana Continuing Legal Education Forum.
In addition to his professional activities, Mr. Tabor also prioritizes involvement in the community at large. He is a sponsor of the RHI Sports Visions of Victory Gala and Gary's Ride and is also active in scouting.
