As a senior associate at the Mitchell Law Group, Robin L. Kelly knows that going through a divorce may be one of the most challenging experiences of her clients’ lives. Focusing her practice on family law, Ms. Kelly offers dedicated legal representation to people living in Indianapolis, Indiana. She has helped guide her clients through a range of complex legal issues, including divorce, dissolution of marriage, prenuptial and postnuptial agreements, child custody, child support, modifications, adoptions and other family law-related matters.
After earning a Bachelor of Arts in history from William & Mary and a Juris Doctor from the Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law, Ms. Kelly served in the U.S. Air Force Judge Advocate General’s Corps. She draws upon her diverse experience and legal knowledge to develop strategies based on her clients’ legal objectives. Ms. Kelly makes it a priority to serve her clients’ best interests. Whether their situations require an aggressive advocate or a skillful negotiator, Ms. Kelly tailors her strategy to meet the needs of her clients and their families.
Ms. Kelly is conscious of the personal nature of many family law matters, which is why she makes it a priority to treat her clients with compassion. From the moment a client calls her until the case has reached its final resolution, she strives to ensure that her client’s concerns are heard and his or her questions are answered.
Beyond the courtroom, Ms. Kelly is an active member of the legal community. She shares her knowledge with others as an adjunct professor at Saint Leo University and Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. Ms. Kelly is a member of the Central Indiana Association of Collaborative Professionals, the Hamilton County Bar Association, the Indiana State Bar Association and the Indianapolis Bar Association.
