Michael C. Rader has seen how a motor vehicle accident can turn someone's world upside-down. As an attorney at Bartimus Frickleton and Robertson, P.C., he represents people in Kansas City, Missouri, and Johnson County, Kansas, who are dealing with personal injury incidents such as trucking accidents, wrongful death, product liability and class actions. He understands how serious these events can be and, the toll they take on the victim and his or her loved ones.
Approaching his clients with compassion, Mr. Rader makes it a priority to understand their experiences and concerns. He knows this time of their lives is one of the most difficult, which is why he works diligently to advocate for their rights. Through negotiations and litigation, he has time and again obtained justice and compensation for those he represents.
Mr. Rader has earned a number of recognitions throughout his career, including holding the highest rating possible of AV Preeminent* from Martindale-Hubbell; getting listed as one of Kansas City Magazine's Top 100 Lawyers in Missouri and Kansas; and earning recognition as one of Missouri Lawyers Weekly "Up & Coming Attorneys." He also was named as one of Ingram's magazine's "40 Under Forty," and he is a recipient of the Lon O. Hocker Award from The Missouri Bar Foundation for his skill and integrity in the courtroom.
Active in the legal community, Mr. Rader is a member of the Kansas Association for Justice, the American Bar Association, the American Association for Justice, The Missouri Bar Foundation, the Missouri Association of Trial Attorneys and the Association of Plaintiff Interstate Trucking Lawyers of America, L.L.C.
