Dana L. Parks is a partner at Hubbard, Ruzicka, Kreamer & Kincaid, LC, in Olathe, Kansas. With more than 20 years of experience practicing family law, she represents clients in cases involving divorce, child support, child custody, paternity, prenuptial agreements, stepparent adoption and more. Her practice serves Olathe, Johnson County and the Kansas City metropolitan area.
Educated at Kansas State University, Ms. Parks went on to earn her law degree from Washburn University School of Law in Topeka, Kansas. She has been admitted to practice in all Kansas state courts since 1987 and all Missouri state courts since 1992. She is also licensed to practice in front of the U.S. District Court for the District of Kansas and the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Missouri.
Ms. Parks is highly trained in collaborative law, an approach that aims to reduce animosity in family law disputes by enabling clients to craft their own solutions to divorce and other legal matters. She is a founding member of Collaborative Divorce Kansas City and actively participates in the Collaborative Law Institute of Missouri.
