After receiving his Bachelor of Arts from Tulane University in 1995, Mr. Sterbcow obtained his Juris Doctor from Gonzaga University School of Law in 2001. The Louisiana State Bar Association admitted him to practice in 2003, and later the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Louisiana admitted him to practice before its courts. In 2002, he received his LL.M. from the Center for Real Estate Law at The John Marshall Law School in Chicago.

Along with his legal practice, Mr. Sterbcow is a lecturer who frequently speaks on RESPA issues and serves as an advisory board member for October Research, LLC, on their publications, The Legal Description and RESPA News. Recognized for his extensive knowledge in real estate law and compliance matters, Mr. Sterbcow is often cited in real estate industry publications.
