Mark Rosasco

As partner at Hyatt & Weber, P.A., Mark Rosasco is a personal injury attorney who represents clients in cases related to trucking accidents, car accidents and medical malpractice. His clients come from Easton, Annapolis, Baltimore and Baltimore County in Maryland. With over 20 years of experience, his cases have included surgical errors, shoulder dystocia, radiology errors, pediatric malpractice, prescription errors, OB/GYN malpractice, hospital negligence, failure to diagnose, Erb’s palsy, emergency room errors, delayed cancer diagnosis, cerebral palsy, birth injuries, anesthesia errors and cesarean section errors.

Mr. Rosasco is admitted to practice in Maryland and the District of Columbia, and before the United States Supreme Court. He is also admitted to practice before the United States Court of Appeals for the 4th Circuit, the United States District Court for the District of Columbia and the Superior Court of the District of Columbia.

At Loyola University in 1981, he earned a Bachelor of Arts in English, then moved on to law school. At the University of Baltimore School of Law, he earned his Juris Doctor in 1990. Committed to improving his legal services in any way he can, Mr. Rosasco is a member of two professional organizations, the Maryland Association for Justice and the Anne Arundel Bar Association.
