At Loyola University in 1981, he earned a Bachelor of Arts in English, then moved on to law school. At the University of Baltimore School of Law, he earned his Juris Doctor in 1990. Committed to improving his legal services in any way he can, Mr. Rosasco is a member of two professional organizations, the Maryland Association for Justice and the Anne Arundel Bar Association.
