Jennifer Fairfax is the founder of Family Formation Law Offices in Maryland, Washington, D.C., and Virginia.  She is nationally recogizned in both fields of law and often lectures on best practices.

Ms. Fairfax received her bachelor's degree in English and Political Science cum laude in 1993. She then went on to attend the University of Baltimore School of Law and was awarded her Juris Doctor in 1997. Ms. Fairfax was associated with several area law firms before founding Jennifer Fairfax, LLC, in 2010. Admitted to practice in Maryland, Virginia and the District of Columbia, she is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the District of Maryland and the Supreme Court of the United States.
