While earning his law degree, he was an editor of the law review, won the American Jurisprudence Award for excellence in trial advocacy, and was honored as a Paul J. Liacos Distinguished Scholar.

As an attorney with more than two decades of experience, Mr. Kusiak has handled many cases in both federal and state courts. He represents clients from across the spectrum of commercial law and understands the complex nature of business litigation. As a result of his successes, Mr. Kusiak was named in The Best Lawyers in America* in 2013 and 2014.
