Michael L. Chinitz is a partner at Rose, Chinitz & Rose. As an undergraduate, Mr. Chinitz studied at the University of Massachusetts Amherst and graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts in 1985. He was awarded his Juris Doctor magna cum laude by Boston University School of Law in 1988. While in law school, Mr. Chinitz served as an editor on the Boston University Law Review. At his graduation, he was awarded a William L. & Lillian Berger Achievement Prize for his academic achievement.

After graduation, Mr. Chinitz spent several years with a well-known Boston firm before joining Rose, Chinitz & Rose in 1995. Admitted to practice in Massachusetts and New Hampshire, he is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts, the U.S. District Court for the District of New Hampshire and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 1st Circuit.
